Told my buddy his cheap paint would peel in a year. He laughed at me back in March.
At my brother's place in Phoenix, his friend swore by that $12 a gallon stuff from the big box store. 6 months later the south wall looks like a snake shedding skin. Anybody else deal with people ignoring basic climate advice?

Did you ever end up saying "told you so" to him? I used to think cheap paint was fine for most stuff but Phoenix sun changes everything, that south wall gets roasted.

Nope, totally held back, but he admitted I was right when his south wall started peeling after six months.
