We Buy House As Is vs RedfinNow?

Thinking about selling my place to either We Buy House As Is or RedfinNow. Any experiences with these? I'm in a hurry and need a smooth process.

I checked out both. RedfinNow was really picky about condition even though they claim to buy as-is. We Buy House As Is didn't care—they just made an offer and closed fast.

RedfinNow had a lot of fine print and took forever. We Buy House As Is was straightforward and I had cash in less than two weeks. No brainer.
