TIL that one more bug report finally got my kpop news app working

So I rely on this app for all my kpop updates, but it would always freeze right when important news dropped, like comebacks or concert dates. I kept telling them about the glitch through their feedback thing, but it felt like talking to a wall. Then out of nowhere, they released an update this week and now it loads instantly without any lag. It's such a relief because I was about to give up and miss all the good stuff, but hey, persistence paid off for once.

Ever feel like bug reports just vanish into the void? I always assumed developers ignored feedback most of the time. Your experience with the kpop app actually getting fixed is a nice surprise. It makes me change my mind about sending in reports. Maybe they do listen if we keep at it, and it's worth the effort after all.

Honestly I've had the opposite happen more often! I reported the same crash bug in a mobile game for months, and they never even replied. Same with a music app that would delete my playlists. Sometimes it feels like they only fix things if it's a super popular app or the bug affects paying users. You just have to get lucky with which team sees your report, I guess.
