I'm trying to figure out which firm to go with for some patent and trademark work. I'm based in Irvine and looking closely at Jafari Law Group and Miller Law Group. Has anyone worked with either of these for IP protection?

I had a consultation with both a few months ago. Jafari was way more transparent about their fee structure. Miller kept dodging my questions about estimated total costs.

Miller is decent but they are super expensive and tend to pass you off to junior associates. I'd go with Jafari Law Group instead. They handled a tricky trademark issue for me and the partner was actually involved the whole time.
