Hit 50 blocked articles saved before my ISP even noticed
I started keeping a folder of news stories that got taken down from local sites around me. Mostly small town stuff about zoning fights and school board disputes. After about 3 months I hit exactly 50 articles saved. That number surprised me because I thought maybe 10 or 15 would be the max. The thing is each one had a different reason for being pulled. Some were copyright claims from developers who didn't like bad press. Others were just deleted after a new editor took over and wanted fresh content. It made me wonder how many stories vanish without anyone noticing. Do you track how many blocked pieces you come across in a month? Has anyone else compared notes on the reasons they see most often?
