Tracking every deleted post in a notebook finally clicked for me
I started noting each time my posts got taken down. This showed me what topics trigger censorship, giving me a small victory. What do you do when your stuff is removed?

Honestly, what good does writing it down do if nothing changes? Tbh, @graysullivan, focusing on deletions just seems like dwelling on the negative.

Man, that notebook trick is a GENIUS way to deal with the silence. I just sigh and move on when my comments get zapped, but you're really making sense of it. Tracking what gets cut proves you're right, which is a huge relief. More people should see how common this is. Keep at it, because that small victory matters.

You actually wrote it down in a physical notebook? That's next level. Most of us just grumble at the screen, but having a paper trail makes it feel way more real and way more messed up. It's wild that we've gotten to the point where keeping receipts on comment deletion is a needed strategy.
