I used to think all new builds in Raleigh were overpriced junk until I toured that Pulte community off 540

I was out near Brier Creek last weekend and decided to walk through one of their model homes just to confirm my bias. Honestly the framing and insulation looked way better than I expected for the price point, and the guy there showed me their 2-10 warranty booklet which had some actual teeth. Has anyone else toured that section off Leesville Road and felt different than they thought they would?

Ngl I read somewhere that Pulte actually uses spray foam in their attic lines now, not just fiberglass batts. That alone would make me take a second look at their builds.
