Yeah, so I missed the HOA fee escalation clause in my condo docs and got hit with a huge hike, fml.

Oof, that's rough. They really bury those clauses in the docs. Fingers crossed you can work it out.

Totally get what betty_wood5 means about them burying the clauses. It feels like every company or service hides the worst parts in the fine print these days. You really have to become your own lawyer just to get by.
