Just realized a ziplock bag is my sketchbook's best travel companion.
It keeps pencils from poking holes and protects pages from sudden downpours. Simple, but it saved my Lisbon watercolors.

Call it essential gear. Ziplocks have bailed me out of more messes than I can count. Never sketching outdoors without one again, lmao.

Yikes, that time my watercolor palette popped open in my backpack. Blue paint smeared on my textbooks and lunch. Had to scrub everything for like an hour. Now I use a rubber band around it, just in case.
