Honestly, calling penciled mistakes beautiful is hard to believe. My sketches always looked like a total mess. Maybe I should give them another look.

Wait, you called your own sketches "a total mess" and just left them like that? That's wild to me. I keep all my old drawing pads and the messy lines are actually my favorite part now. The shaky first tries show you figured something out. Are you still drawing or did you stop because of that?
