Sleep improved dramatically once I instituted a firm cutoff for work notifications.

Disconnecting from job alerts post-7pm was my game-changer.

Actually, I found I use my phone more for fun stuff now, not less. The mindless scrolling just replaced the work stress for me. Still trying to find that balance, honestly.

That digital detox probably spills over into less phone use overall, maybe.

Man, I relate to this so hard. Enforcing a no-notifications rule after dinner saved my sanity. My brain would race with unfinished tasks, but now that time is for unwinding. It's amazing how such a simple change can reclaim your peace of mind.
