TIL posting my bakery's morning prep video at 6am tripled engagement in 3 days
I run a small bakery in Austin and was stuck with maybe 20 likes on Instagram posts. Accidentally posted a quick clip of frosting donuts at 6am instead of noon and got 150 interactions by 9am. Has anyone else found a weird time slot that just works better for their audience?

Damn, 150 interactions from 20 likes? That's a huge jump just from switching the time. I'm kinda shocked you got that kind of response at 6am, most people are still half asleep scrolling through their phone while their coffee brews. Maybe your audience is just a bunch of early birds who like watching frosting work before work. Still, tripling engagement in three days from just moving the post time sounds too good to be true for most accounts.
