I finally saw what happens when a Falcon 9 has a bad landing pad strike

Last week at Cape Canaveral I watched a booster come in crooked and hit the deck hard, threw sparks everywhere. The landing legs buckled and it tipped over on its side, never seen that happen in person before. Has anyone else watched a landing go wrong up close, or am I just unlucky?

Watched a Falcon 9 go sideways at the Cape a couple years back, legs just gave out and it slid across the pad like a drunk shopping cart... Guess we're both lucky enough to catch the rare stuff, just wish it was the kind that didn't make me flinch.

my buddy @hannaho52 got footage of that same landing from the beach, looked like a lawn dart tipping over.
