Hot take: VR object physics need a social interaction overhaul
Passing items between avatars in collaborative VR spaces always feels janky. The current systems prioritize individual use over shared experiences. Which worlds have you seen implement this seamlessly?

Ever tried handing someone a virtual coffee and accidentally flung it across the room? I'm so bad at it, I've become a virtual hazard in every collaborative space.

This virtual coffee chaos highlights a bigger issue with our tech-driven workplaces. We're trying to replicate human gestures through screens, but it often ends up feeling more like a bad pantomime. It's ironic that tools designed for collaboration can make us feel more isolated or incompetent. Society keeps pushing for more virtual interaction, yet we haven't quite nailed the basic social cues in digital form. Your coffee flinging is just a symptom of that disconnect between intention and interface. Maybe we need to accept that some things, like handing someone a drink, are better left to the physical world.

Try handing me a virtual drink and watch the chaos unfold. I'm so bad at it that my team just expects coffee to go flying. It REALLY shows how these tools can turn easy things into a joke. We're all just awkwardly copying real life on screens, and it's a total fail. I guess some stuff just works better in person, full stop. My online name is now linked to every virtual spill.
