My downward dog to lunge transition finally smoothed out this morning

I've been working on my morning yoga routine for a while now, and today something just clicked. When I shifted from downward dog into a high lunge, there was no stumble or pause at all. My breath flowed with the movement, making it all seem natural and easy. This is a big deal for me because I usually rush or lose balance there. I'm stoked to see this progress after so much effort. What other poses pair well with this to keep the flow going? I'd love to hear your favorite combinations for building a smooth sequence.

Funny how those small wins in practice, like nailing a move, can shift your whole mindset for the day. Makes you wonder where else you're almost ready for a breakthrough without noticing.

Smooth transitions are nice, but I've learned more from my wobbly moments in yoga.

Yeah totally, my teacher always says the wobbles are where you actually build strength. I've started holding those shaky balances a few breaths longer instead of bailing right away, and it's crazy how much faster my standing leg gets solid. It's like the struggle is the whole point.
