PSA: I used to skip savasana, but now it's my favorite part.

Ending with calm actually improves my whole flow, idk maybe it's just me.

Oh yeah, I used to skip it too! Now I look forward to it, it really does make the whole flow better. Like you said, ending calm is key.

Whoa, I get what you mean @nancy447, but honestly it depends on the day for me. Sometimes I'm just too wiped and I'll skip the stretches but never the cool down walk, that's non-negotiable. Ending calm is the whole point, you're right, but for me the calm comes from just slowing my body down first. The stretching feels like a separate task some nights.

Actually, I read an article that called savasana the 'digestive' part of the workout for your nervous system. Kinda gross but now I can't unthink it.
