My west side sprinkler timer finally clicked after I read the old one's manual

I moved into a house near Taylor Ranch last fall and fought with the irrigation box for months. The previous owner left a beat-up manual for a Rain Bird ESP-TM2, and I finally sat down with it last Saturday. Turns out I had the run times set in minutes when they were supposed to be in hours, so my lawn was getting like 4x the water. Anyone else have a weird timer setup that took way too long to figure out?
