Neighbor told me his insurance jumped $600 after he stopped doing one thing on his roof
Last month my neighbor across the street in Ventura said his premium went up $600 a year because he let his roof get mossy and the inspector flagged it. I had a guy out to check mine and he said the same thing happens a lot here when people skip the fall cleaning. Is it worth paying for a yearly roof tune-up, or am I just handing money to a salesman?
