Saw 14 homes with cracks last week, check your foundation before monsoon
Was helping a friend look in the North Valley last week. Every single house over 20 years old had the same vertical cracks near the windows. One had a door that wouldnt close. Seller tried to say it was normal settling. My guy who does foundation work quoted $8k just to stabilize one corner. If you bought before 2015 and havent looked under your stucco, do it now. Monsoon will push water straight into those cracks. Has anyone else seen this pattern in the Heights?

Damn, that $8k quote hit different, sorry your friend got stuck with that mess before the rains.
