That fancy drip edge install I see on half the new builds here is totally wrong
Everyone in Albuquerque is putting drip edge flat against the fascia but it needs to angle out so water actually drops off. Has anyone else noticed their siding getting stained from this?

You said they're putting it flat against the fascia, so what's stopping the water from just running behind the siding anyway?

Wouldn't the angle and overlap usually direct water away before it gets that deep?
