A painter in Amarillo told me I was blocking panels wrong and it cost me 3 comeback jobs
I was blocking with 180 on a DA and calling it done, but he told me I was just polishing the lows instead of cutting them flat. I switched to a hard block with 80 on the bad spots, then 180, and the wave in those quarter panels finally came out straight. Anybody else have a guy at a shop call out your blocking and make you rethink your whole process?
