A painter in Sacramento told me my masking job was "clean but scared" and I've been thinking about it for 3 weeks
I was taping off a door jamb at the shop in Sacramento last month and the older painter who works the bay next to mine watched me for a minute, then said my edges were "clean but scared" because I was pulling tape slow like I expected it to fail. He showed me how he rips it in one quick pull at a low angle and gets a sharper line every time. Does anyone else tape like they're afraid of the paint or is it just me?
