The Thursday that turned into a nightmare with a Ford F-150 in Phoenix
Last month I had a week that started great and ended awful. Monday and Tuesday were smooth, I was knocking out jobs left and right. Then Thursday rolled around and a customer brought in a 2018 Ford F-150 that had rear-ended someone. The frame rail was tweaked, and I spent 6 hours just getting it pulled straight on the frame machine. Has anyone else had a single job just wreck their whole momentum for the week?

Honestly used to think a single job couldn't throw off an entire week's rhythm, but this Ford F-150 situation changed my mind completely. That frame rail sounded like a nightmare, six hours on a frame machine is brutal enough to kill any momentum you had built up. Nothing worse than losing a whole day to one problem when you had a good flow going. Those unibody trucks are tricky to pull straight without taking forever on the settings.
