A friend in Denver swore by his fancy rice cooker, but my thrift store find changed my whole kitchen game
He kept going on about how his $150 cooker made perfect rice every time, so I felt like I was missing out. I found a basic model for $8 at a thrift store in my town and decided to test it. After using it for three months, I get the same fluffy results without the fancy settings or price tag. Has anyone else found that simple tools work just as well for your budget meals?

Yeah, I was the same about needing the fancy settings. That thrift store find really showed me simple works just fine.
