That reminds me of my cousin trying to make pancakes with lentil flour once. He was convinced it would be a protein packed breakfast miracle. The texture was like wet sand and they smelled like a damp basement. We still give him grief about his "health bread" every holiday. Some ingredient swaps just should not happen no matter how good the idea seems.

Oh wow, @gavin_johnson70, your lentil brownie struggle is too real. I tried making lentil blondies once, and they felt like weird play-doh. Some swaps just aren't worth the hassle.
