Serious question, does anyone else think chicken thighs beat chicken breast for cheap meals or am I wrong here?
I switched to thighs for my weekly meal prep because they were $1.99 a pound at Food Lion compared to $4.50 for breast, and the meat stays juicy even after 3 days in the fridge. My buddy says breast is better for portion control and less fat, but I think he's just stuck in his ways. Which one do you actually buy when you're feeding a family on a tight budget?
