Twice as much is wild, I just saw the big jump at my grocery store too. My whole Sunday pasta sauce routine is in trouble now. I used to grab three cans without even looking at the price.

@nina365, your Sunday pasta sauce trouble is something I totally get now. Have you looked into whether it's just canned sauce or if fresh ingredients are seeing similar spikes? Ngl, my own grocery bill has gone up so much that I'm rethinking all my go-to recipes. Is this pushing you to make sauce from scratch, or is that not even cheaper anymore? The way prices keep climbing makes it feel like we're always playing catch-up. We need to talk more about how these changes affect everyday cooking and family routines.
