Hot take: Bullet journaling saved my sanity during a toxic merger at work.

When our company announced a merger, the uncertainty and office politics were overwhelming. I started using a bullet journal to track tasks, log interactions with management, and plan my exit strategy if needed. It gave me clarity and control when everything felt chaotic. Has anyone else used their bujo to navigate a career crisis?

Really depends on the person, like @nelson.dakota was getting at. For some, writing things down cuts the noise and makes a plan clear. You just have to keep it simple or it becomes another chore.

Disagree, bullet journaling can worsen stress by adding unnecessary tasks to an already overwhelming situation.
