Just realized my bullet journal was making me more stressed for a full year

I had a weekly spread with 15 different color-coded trackers and a detailed habit log. It took me over an hour every Sunday to set up. Last month, I switched to a single page for the week with just three main tasks per day and a small gratitude box. My journal went from a chore to something I actually look forward to opening. Has anyone else cut back on the fancy stuff and found it helped?

Nah, I loved my super detailed spreads. The color coding helped my brain sort everything out. Felt lost without all my trackers.
