My weekly spread looked like a mess until I saw a post from someone in Portland

Last week I was trying to plan out my tasks. Everything felt jumbled. My journal pages were just a wall of black ink. Then I saw a picture from a user in Portland. They used simple color coding with just two highlighters. Pink for urgent stuff, yellow for things that could wait. I tried it on Monday. Suddenly my whole week made sense. I could see what needed my attention first. It took less than five minutes to set up. Now I don't feel overwhelmed looking at my day. Has anyone else found a simple trick that cleaned up their weekly view?

That "wall of black ink" feeling is so real. I used to think more colors meant more clutter, but limiting it to just two highlighters like they did makes total sense. It forces you to pick what's actually urgent instead of just marking everything.

Disagree, more colors help me see different things at once.

Ngl, two highlighters isn't really a new limit thing. Most people just pick two colors they actually use and stick with them. The whole "limiting to two" thing is kind of overthinking it.
