Question about using a bullet journal for work vs. personal life

Honestly, I read a comment where someone said keeping separate journals for work and home was a total game changer. But my friend insists her single notebook for everything is way less stressful. Which setup actually helps you stay organized without burning out?

Honestly it's just paper and ink. The real game changer is actually using the thing, not how many you have. Burnout comes from overthinking the system, not the number of notebooks. Pick one way and stick with it for a month before you decide. Changing your mind every week is what makes it stressful.

Yeah, @willow_ellis is totally right about sticking with one thing. I used to have a separate notebook for work, home, and ideas, and I never wrote in any of them. Felt guilty all the time. Last year I just grabbed a single cheap composition book and put everything in it, appointments, grocery lists, work notes, even dumb thoughts. The mess actually made me use it more because there was no pressure. Now it's full and I actually have a record of my year.
