Shoutout to the simple trick that finally got me to use my weekly spread after 3 months of it sitting empty.

Wait, you had a weekly spread just sitting there for three whole months? I mean, I get maybe a week or two of blank pages, but a whole season? That's some serious commitment to not committing. Idk how you even looked at it that long without feeling bad. Maybe it's just me but that empty spread would haunt me. What was the simple trick that finally broke the spell?

Yeah @max489, it totally haunted me too at first. I used to feel guilty about blank pages, but then I just started using that spread for random notes and brain dumps instead of a proper weekly log. Once I filled a corner with a dumb grocery list, the pressure was off and I could actually use it.

My old gym membership card sat in my wallet for two years. I kept telling myself I'd go back next month. Finally cut it up and used the slot for a coffee stamp card instead. We hold onto these empty plans like they're promises, not just blank space. That grocery list move is the same kind of small, useful rebellion.
