Vent: I thought weekly spreads were a waste of time, but my new job changed my mind
I used to just rapid log everything in one long list, but after starting a project manager role, I got overwhelmed. I forced myself to set up a simple weekly spread with a small column for each day, and it finally clicked. How do you all set up your weekly pages to handle a busy schedule?

For me it was the third week of January when I finally gave in and drew a weekly spread that looked like a kindergarten art project with crooked lines and all. I thought having open space was a sign of failing but now I stuff that column with sticky notes and scribbled tasks like it's a game of Tetris. Seeing Monday through Friday in one glance makes my brain stop screaming at me, even if half the boxes are filled with dumb reminders like "drink water.

Wait, you mean you can actually see your whole week at once and not just a panic-inducing list? I'm still stuck in rapid log chaos and my brain feels like a browser with too many tabs open. I mean, I tried a weekly spread once but it looked so empty I got scared and went back to my messy list. Maybe it's just me but seeing all those neat boxes feels like a trap.
