Mods on my city's FB group nuked my protest permit post, 3 strikes now
I run a small roofing crew, but I also organize local meetups for tenants' rights. Last month I shared a link about the new permit rules for public gatherings in Phoenix, and the admins pulled it in under 10 minutes, citing 'misinformation' with zero proof. That's the third time this year they've zapped something I posted about civic stuff, while real estate spam stays up for days. I used to just repost with a screenshot, but now I'm wondering if there's a better way to get the info out without getting my FB account flagged. Has anyone else had their local group admins selectively censor permit or ordinance updates, and what did you do besides starting a separate newsletter?

...which basically makes me the neighborhood's most downvoted hobby lobbyist, so I feel your pain. Got my own post about a zoning board meeting deleted because I dared to include the actual city code link, meanwhile the guy selling "miracle gutter guards" runs wild. At this point I figure the real hack is to just print flyers and tape them to the bus stop, but knowing my luck the pigeons will report me for littering. You tried posting the info as a comment in someone else's thread, or sharing it to a neighborhood WhatsApp group instead?
