Remember when you could just post a link to an archive site without a warning?
Honestly, back in 2018 I was running a small history blog and got a takedown notice for a scanned 1920s newspaper article. Tbh I just re uploaded it to the Wayback Machine and linked to that instead of my own server. Ngl it worked for about two years before the platform flagged the archive link too. Anyone else find a simple workaround that bought you some time before the rules caught up?

A buddy of mine ran a fan site and had the same issue with some old comic scans. He just hosted the images on a different personal blog and hotlinked them, which was a mess but it worked for a while. The automated systems eventually caught on to that trick too though.

Man, my cousin tried that exact same thing with his music blog.
