Was dead set against the Kirby Morgan 37 for years, then did 4 hours on one in the Gulf and now I get it

I always figured my SuperLite 17 fit fine and the 37 was just hype, but after a 4 hour bell run at 180 feet in 42 degree water my neck wasn't wrecked and the seal held way better. Anyone else switch helmets after years of swearing by one, or did you go back?
