I finally tried timing my injectors with a dial indicator instead of just guessing by ear
Did it on a 12 valve in my driveway off 4th Street and the idle smoothed out and the smoke cleaned up right away. Anyone else here switched over, or am I late to this one?

Did the smoke really clean up just from timing, or was it already running rough before? I've heard mixed things on how much it actually helps.
