Injector return line crush washers, stop reusing them
Had a truck in last Tuesday with a miss that turned out to be a cracked crush washer on the #4 injector return line, not the injector itself. Guy before me reused the washer from the last rebuild and it cost the owner 2 hours of diag time. How many of you just toss these or actually replace them every single time?
