That rebuilt injector that let go after 300 miles

Had a set of reman injectors put in my 6.0 Powerstroke back in March from a shop over in Spokane. On the 305th mile, number 8 injector just gave up and dumped raw fuel into the cylinder. Had to pull the heads and clean everything out, it was a mess. Anyone else had bad luck with reman injectors from certain places?

Dude, you're acting like a little spilled fuel is the end of the world, just clean it and move on.

You know, it reminds me of this one time my buddy Dave spilled a whole can of soda in my car and just wiped it with his shirt. I was like "dude that's gonna get sticky" and he just shrugged it off. Two weeks later my cupholder smelled like a garbage can full of fruit flies. Fuel's different though, it evaporates fast but it'll eat through paint or plastic if you don't hit it quick enough. Guess it depends on what surface you're dealing with, but "just clean it" works if you mean immediately with the right stuff.
