Wait, you had a fifty dollar minimum before? That's crazy high for most small jobs. I can't believe any small business was ordering from you at all. Dropping it to twenty five makes way more sense if you want those customers. Honestly surprised you got that feedback from just one person.

Actually had a twenty five dollar minimum before, not fifty. Still felt too high for some regulars though. What's the lowest you've seen work without losing money?
