Just dropped $500 on a professional headshot and it was the best move I made this quarter
I run a small consulting business and for years I used a selfie from my phone on my website and LinkedIn. I figured it was fine, but I wasn't getting many leads from my online profile. A friend finally pushed me to hire a real photographer, and it cost about $500 for a one-hour session and a few edited shots. The difference is crazy. The new photo looks clean, professional, and makes me seem way more trustworthy. I updated my profiles last month and have already booked two intro calls directly from people who said they liked my site's 'polished look.' It's funny how one small image can change how people see your whole business. Has anyone else seen a real return from investing in better photos?
