@the_tara Family and business is a DISASTER waiting to happen. Seen this exact movie too many times. You HAVE to be able to fire people or you don't have a real business, you have a charity. Your friend got lucky the cafe survived that kind of management vacuum. Never, ever give a key role to someone just because you share DNA.
