Sent a cold email to a company in Boise and they actually replied

I needed some feedback on my prototype, so I sent a short email to the founder of a small tech firm there. I didn't expect anything back, but she answered in 20 minutes and gave me two solid tips. The main one was to cut my pricing page from three options down to two. Has anyone else gotten good advice from a simple cold outreach?

That's awesome when a cold email actually lands like that! Reminds me of the time I emailed a random blogger about his site layout. He wrote back a huge paragraph about font choices, totally unsolicited but super helpful. Sometimes people just want to share what they've learned. Cutting pricing options is a classic move, makes the choice way easier for customers.

Cold emails can really surprise you sometimes. I once reached out to a guy who ran a local service business, just asking how he handled customer calls. He sent back a whole email with his exact phone script and why he set it up that way. People are often way more willing to help than you'd guess, especially if you're clear and not asking for too much of their time. Getting that pricing tip is solid gold, it's one of those simple changes that just makes everything easier for the buyer.
