That one Tuesday where I landed 3 clients in a single cold call session
I was on a 2 hour streak of rejections in my home office in Nashville, then suddenly a guy on the other end said 'yeah, I've been looking for exactly what you do.' Then two more followed before lunch. Anyone else hit a weird lucky streak like that and wonder if you changed something or the universe just blinked?

Nah, I don't buy the universe blinking thing. You got on a roll because your pitch was hitting right, not because of some cosmic luck. Those rejections probably sharpened your delivery until it clicked for the right person.

Right, because the universe is just sitting there waiting to blink at my sales pitch. That's like saying the toaster blinks when my bagel is done. The rejections definitely sanded off the rough edges though, nothing like a dozen "no thanks" replies to make you tighten up your opening line. Real talk, the last guy who said yes probably just wanted me to stop talking.
