Stumbled on a flipped house from 2019 and the 2025 version made me sad
I toured a house on Maple Street in Denver that was flipped back in 2019 - new paint, gray floors, basic but solid. Same street has three flips from this year and they all have cheap vinyl flooring peeling up and cabinets already warping. Is anyone else seeing a drop in flip quality since maybe late 2023, or am I just getting unlucky with these?

You figure the higher interest rates mean flippers have to cut costs somewhere, right? They're using the cheapest materials they can find to keep their margins up.
