The old neighborhood grocery store on Elm Street turned into luxury condos

I drove past the corner of Elm and 5th last week and barely recognized it. That grocery store had been there since the 60s, and now it's a five story building with a coffee shop on the ground floor. Anyone else notice how fast their part of town is changing?

Stumbled on a flipped house from 2019 and the 2025 version made me sad

I toured a house on Maple Street in Denver that was flipped back in 2019 - new paint, gray floors, basic but solid. Same street has three flips from this year and they all have cheap vinyl flooring peeling up and cabinets already warping. Is anyone else seeing a drop in flip quality since maybe late 2023, or am I just getting unlucky with these?

Has anyone worked with Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro?

My realtor gave me a few names for financing, and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro was at the top of the list. Has anyone here actually used him recently? Just want to get some unbiased opinions before I start the paperwork.
